Undergraduate Schedule for Summer 2026

Triton Student System (TSS)

For Fall 2024 go to https://students.ucsd.edu/ and use Triton Student Systems (TSS).

To view the ETHN course schedule, you may need to click forward to an active Academic Quarter (FA/WI/SP/SU).

EASy request are now only for Summer 2026

Instructions on how to submit an EASy Request, which is used to ask a department or program for permission to enroll.

Submitting an EASy request does not guarantee enrollment, it is a request that authorizes you enroll in the course or to waitlist if the course is full. EASy requests require department and/or College advisor approval and may require instructor approval as well.

The Office of the Registrar has moved to an online Enrollment Authorization System (EASy) to Triton Enrollment Authorization (TEA) for Fall 2024 and onward.

What is Triton Enrollment Authorization (TEA)?

Triton Enrollment Authorization (TEA) is a request you submit when you want to book a course but don't automatically meet the requirements. For example, you're missing a prerequisite, the course is restricted to a different major, or the course requires department approval (such as an independent study or special studies course). You may also need to submit a TEA request to late-add a course or get approval to bypass the unit limit.

Use https://students.ucsd.edu/ to access TSS on the right area of the screen. Triton Student Systems is the aqua option under the search bar.

In TSS, submitting a TEA request is not the same as booking. Getting your request approved does not automatically enroll you in the course — you'll still need to book it yourself. See the Approved Request section below for more information.

Creating a TEA Request

Log in to TSS and click on the search bar at the top of the screen.
Type Triton Enrollment Authorization Request into the bar and click on Triton Enrollment Authorization - Request.
This opens the My TEA Requests screen. This screen allows you to create requests, search for requests, and review requests statuses. More TEA information can be located on this UCSD Triton Enrollment Authorization (TEA) webpage.
